What is Mindfulness? 

Mindfulness is the awareness of our moment-to-moment experience without attachment or judgment. It helps us to relate to what is happening in the present moment in a balanced and non-reactive way. It is a practice that teaches the skills and tools to reduce stress, to meet life’s challenges with more grace and equanimity and to find space for calm, joy and peace of mind from unhelpful patterns of thinking and relating with ourselves, others and the world. 

Practicing mindfulness helps us to:
